Information you provide. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, home address, and details about your home and energy usage (for example, your utility provider or recent electricity bills) that you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

Informational/transactional texts. By submitting a quote request with your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Onyx Solutions about your inquiry — for example quote details, scheduling, and follow-ups — including messages sent using automated technology.

Marketing texts. We send recurring automated marketing text messages (such as offers and energy-savings tips) only if you separately opt in by checking the optional marketing consent box on our forms. Marketing consent is not required to receive a quote or purchase anything.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get assistance by replying HELP or emailing hello@onyxsolutions.llc. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share other information with:

• Vetted local installation partners and financing providers, solely as needed to design, price, finance, or install your system;
• Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (for example, hosting and communications providers), under confidentiality obligations;
